In the Textbook Department, you will find required textbooks, custom cousepacs and study guides for
all CUC courses. Whenever possible, the bookstore tries to maintain a mix of new and used textbooks. Because customers can save up to 25% on used books, demand is often high. If you are interested in used books, make your purchases as soon as you have you class schedule, or reserve your textbooks online.The bookstore checks all used texts, but it is the customer's responsibility to inspect a used book and make sure it is in good condition before purchasing. Used copies of more recently published books are less likely to be available.

• Textbooks may be returned for a full refund up until 1 week after the start of the class.
• An original store receipt is required for all refunds and exchanges.
• New books must be returned in saleable condition. Any books that have been marked or written in, or damaged in any way, will be refunded at a used book price.
• Purchases made with credit cards will be refunded with a credit to that same card.
• Purchases over $50 made with a personal check will be refunded by a check issued directly from Concordia Publishing House.
• Concordia University Bookstore reserves the right to refuse issuing a refund at any time.
